Overview

This is a half-day program for a group of 20-120 individuals. Your group is divided into teams to foster competition and team building while having fun. Teams navigate through challenges, exercising the left and right brain, traveling back to the 50's-80's, into nature and a variety of cultures.

For the participants, the goal is to function as a team, discover each others strengths, processes, communication style, attitude toward change and performance under pressure.

For the management, this is a tool to scout new talent and to see how they lead. A manager will be planted at each station, while the teams rotate through.

The challenges at each station will be a mix of light, physical, tactile, visual and verbal challenges. This activity is different than traditional scavenger hunts, obstacle and ropes courses, because it is not based on fitness, strength or academia. It is more about discovering people's talents and playing together to complete the challenges. Everyone will be involved whether it is as the announcer, scribe or performing the task. The challenges fit in the following categories: Action, Nature, Mind Bender, Creativity or Internal Scavenge.
